Create First Widget : CPU Usage widget

1. Right click XWidget's tray icon at screen right-bottom corner
2. click menuitem "Create widget"
3. Drag&Drop to add Controls,Cores on to widget
4. Binding Core to Controls and select Tags
5. Adjust CloseBox position
6. AutoCreate Default Image and Widget Icon
7. Click "Debug" button to test
8. Click "Run" button to run this widget in XWidget
9. Click "Package" button to share and publish your widget
