None of the login pages on this site are encrypted.

Perhaps, the lack of any security might be just one of the many reasons why this forum is dead.

The whole site needs a lot of improvements and important things that should be fixed.
The lack of security makes the site more vulnerable to the spammers. I trash spam posts and ban accounts multiple times a week.

Fortunately the forum is so small and the traffic is low so it's a piece of cake find the post and trash it. If Tony gives me Admin rights I can do more. But as you see many things need improvement..
If you visit the Chinese XWidget forum you will see another world..

And if tony is okay with the community maintaining the community website, I am ready to provide the services.

Over these two years, I have become a become an experienced cloud operations engineer, and also have a personal fleet of servers, one of which I can put to XWidget use.

( I no longer use Windows much, thus no more widget developments, but has been using JS almost every day )

Superb offer digiamer. It is these sort of service offers that Tony should take advantage of. Don't underestimate the amount of usage the server gets as I expect it would be considerable.

First we have to pry the various elements from Tony's grasp!

Not so worried about the site's looks (personally I despise the more bland tablet-suited sites these days) but I do know the site needs updates, and more dynamic content.
