The "publication page" is here @AX3L_4 and on DeviantArt (XWidget section)
The free widgets are uploaded periodically in the official gallery by the Devs.

I have two suggestions:
1. Attach a preview image of your widget so the users can check it before download (edited by me)
2. Make the widget's size bigger. Small size/resolution widgets appears ugly and blur on android phones during the resizing.

Please keep in mind the above for your next skin.
I will edit your widget for you make it bigger and I will post it in the gallery for Android asap.

When I said about the widget's size I meant the widget itself.
For the prev images that you post here pls try to make them normal.. (your preview images were too big! )
