Unavailable is an unusual status for a product key that was emailed to me. I have sent the details to sales {at} xwidget.com for clarification. There is no mention that I could see that some processing time is required between issue of a Key and use thereof, so I guess that there may be a problem with the key issue mechanism. |

Please contact the Developer (Tony) to check your situation: XWidgetsoft@gmail.com I will contact him either about this. PM: Keep in mind that Tony is chinese. With my country for example there are 7 hours of difference. So he'll reply you as soon as possible. Thank you |

I got an email from Tony. Apparently is was a version issue. I thought I already was on the latest version, but in recent releases, I must have missed the latest. So, it is sorted out now. Thanks. Maybe that could be an option in the future, XWidget could check its currency every so often. Quite a bit of the software on my computer does that already. |
