XWidget can show the menus/widgets in english OR system's language.
I personally use only the english language for the widgets to avoid text misalignments and bad visuals because some languages are not fully supported from all the fonts.

To change the language you need to edit the tag codes selecting the one without En
Example for date:
ENGLISH: ${MonthEn}
SYSTEM'S LANGUAGE: ${MonthTxt}

For the weather you can change the language through the settings. Same thing for the Android app:
viewtopic.php?f=23&t=5317

Quote:
"I have Feel Like and i would have Ressentie."

For the texts like this as you can understand there is no way to auto-translate since are CUSTOM.
You need to "Edit" the widget (right click) and edit the "Text" field of the corrisponding component/text.
