Slidepanel in Win10 Style with caledar, notes and weather.

* The widget loads with the slidepanel open to place the widget in the desired position
** Place the position on the top-right part of your screen and position "Keep TopMost" from the right click options
** The slide In/Out button will cover and "overwrite" the default windows time/day option. I added a little transparency there to make it visible and easy to control.

-- Click on the date to go to the Today (to return to the current month using the caledar)
-- Click on the city's name to change directly the location

Right click for:
- 12h/24h
- Time Zone Settings
- Update Weather
- Weather Info
- Change Location
- Change temp unit

The height of the widget fits on 1366x768 screen resolution.
