Fulfilled request widget by haiduong2004 who also provide me the main background image and weather icons.

All graphics have been edited and optimized by me.

- Background image resized and optimised to give a more "3d" look. Shadow also added
- Big weather images (on top) edited to eliminate a black line on the right size
- New font
- Date time changed visual to be more readable
- Note's box converted to real notepad (there is a way to add today's weather rss feed there, but the link should be edited every single time with the user's location. Too much trouble)
- Small weather icons changed with yours adding shadow to be more visible

NOTES
- The weather needs by default a few secs to load all the data.
- The big termometer shows the temp only in C. (there is was no way to add F too. XW crashed during loading)
The rest can be changed without an issue
- If you change the location in order to work properly the big termometer, the widget maybe needs a refresh.
Click on it and press F5

All the above depends on the XW's engine so I can't do more.
